The WHALE Center is credentialed with the United Nations Environment Programme to be able to both attend and receive information for all of its Civil Society Forums and Meetings.
Dr. David Randle, WHALE's President & CEO represented the WHALE Center and the North America UNEP Civill Societ in Monaco for the UNEP Global Forum in Feburary 2008.
