The UU-UNO has begun its Climate Change Initiative by forming the Climate Change Task Force. The UU-UNO has a nationwide Envoy program that will be critical, able to distribute information to UU congregations for targeted action on climate change in which the UU-UNO participates. 

The UU-UNO is a signatory to various letters and petitions on climate change issues with other faith-based and environmental groups. The UU-UNO is planning a Spring Seminar in April 2010 devoted to climate change.

The UU-UNO acts in conjunction with other UU environmental organizations.

The UU-UNO invites contributions to this climate change web portal by UU Social Action Groups, Ministers, and Youth Groups.
