A key feature of the Trunity Platform is the Annotate capability. This feature allows the user to select a word, phrase or segment of text and create a note associated with that text. The note that is created is specific to that users account and no other user will be able to see that annotation.
Only text that is part of a content type can be annotated.
1. In the article use your cursor to highlight the word, phrase or text segment of interest. When you have finished the highlighting, you should see a small "Annotate" label appear above the selected text.

2. Click on the Annotate label and enter your desired note or description and Click on Save.

3. When you view the article after saving the annotation, you will see that your text is now highlighted in yellow. You may edit or delete the annotation at any time by clicking on the yellow highlight.
