Creating or Editing a Chapter or Topic
When you create a new chapter or topic you may select the location by either selecting the Top Level of the Site or by selecting the topic where you would like to sub-topic to be located. Chapters and Topics can be moved at any time.
1. At the bottom of the topics on the left side of the screen Click on Create A Topic (If you do not see this option, you do not have privileges needed to create topics).
2. Enter the Topic Title
3. The Short Title is used when the Topic Title is too long to fit in the space next to the Topic in the Left Navigation
4. Download the desired Topic Image
5. If desired use the pull down to select the location of the new Topic
6. If you wish to show updated content from this topic on the homepage, check the box
7. Use the text editor to create the desired overview for the topic
8. Click Submit
