What does climate change have to do with violence against women?
Religious Perspectives on the Ideology of Power

An economy dependent upon for its growth on taking resources from the earth has within it an ideology and praxis of domination. This has been harmful to the earth’s ecology. This same economy violates the rights of women. The vast majority of the poor are women. They are affected by warfare and they are in the majority of those migrating, and are those adversely affected by Climate Change.

Do religions propose a change in economic power relations?
