I am Bwette Daniel Gilbert born & raise in Uganda.
Bwette Daniel Gilbert aka Gilbert Frank Daniels, is one of the co-founder of the
community dance Jericho Breakers (http://jerichobreakers.webs.com) that is empowering youth through performing arts.
He has also a community practitioner / activist at Bavubuka Foundation,
has taken up the challenge to create a positive voice for the youth & himself through
commiting time at Bavubuka Foundation (http://bavubukacommunity.blogspot.com) to learn various skills like photography,
community journalism, graphics designs among other skills that has opened up
opportunities for hi s life to work with local & international youth communities
through these skills.
His commitment in community work earned him to be chosen as one of the finalist
in the youth enterprenuers in Young Achievers Awards.

Gilbert strongly believes that through he can fully represent his community
& country through community activities he engages himself into
to bring about peace, love, equality and unity.
Gilbert's commitment with community work has also earned an opportunity to
work with other youth across the globe exercising the skill of journalism with

He is also extending the skills he has learnt from Bavubuka Foundation to
high schools with an aim of helping the young, talented youth of Uganda gain
confidence through journalism & photography in promoting their culture & their voice
on a global scale.

Iam so passionate abt multimedia, & i have been able to use passion for technology to serve various community ranging from youth in creative arts ( BAvubuka foundation, Jericho Breakers, KAS WEAR, C2C Media) to women communites such as Bavubuka Women Initiative, Dorcus Piggery Project through technologies like creating web presence for these cpommunities that is creating for them blogs, pages on social networking websites & networking them with same people in the same network as them. am the blogger & community journalist of the Bavubuka Allstarz foundation (www.bavubuka.org / http://bavubukacommunity.blogspot.com ) in Uganda.

I have also involved myself in journalsim & become a corespondent of my country on one of the youth journalism network.

I strongly believe that through multimedia, positive & conscious music a movement that represents peace, love, equality and unity can make earth a better place to live in. AM also a videographer using digital cameras, audio recorders & camcorders to achieve special moments in my community & create awareness through postin them online.
