Bus fuller this morning.
Warmer today.

Propelling massive tons of metal thru space....
tons and tons and millions and millions...
everyday and everywhere.
ALL THE ENERGY THIS TAKES.
Humans darting to and fro
across cities, across the planet...
like gods and goddesses we behave.

Big old 40's style building-high school
Stopped and honking for no apparent reason

This all seems benign and normal but it's actually a very dangerous situation.
Collectively, the most dangerous, risky situation humankind has ever faced.
Yet everything seems quite normal.
It's hard to wake others up from the TRANCE.

McCain Mall is a big mall.
On major thoroughfare over the freeway.

Hungry, thirsty, need to pee, sleepy

One-point perspective exemplifies the relentless march and sense of progress of capitalism. Will there be aspects worth salvaging?
Can't avoid the relentless march of one-point perspective.

Same guy reboarding...seems to happen alot.
Going too fast.
Canal or stream...lots of little streams here, gone underground.

Back to North Little Rock, across the bridge
Stopping at Greyhound Bus Terminal

It's a dangerous world in ways that people cannot perceive or comprehend. Everything can seem fine and normal, but it's not. Should I worry, or try to push it out of my mind thru distracting entertainment? The dangers are not even what we are being told they are. I'm not just talking about terrorism here. Something much deeper. No sabre tooth tiger in front of us. Nothing to be perceived with our senses...only to be grasped conceptually.

Winding our way through the labyrinthine-ations of urban consciousness and geography, trying to find the next step forward...and the next...hoping to postpone indefinitely any past bills due, hoping we can continue making this a viable situation for as long as possible. Still, at some point we won't.....It is all a BIG EXPERIMENT, outcome unknown. Stay tuned.
