While going on a "dry run" of the Madrona Marsh Challenge described at The Foundation For A Better Community For All (FABC), along the way during the latter half of the 1-mile Power Walk, an artist was sitting painting a scene. It was too tempting, so I stopped and asked for permission to video record what he was doing! His associate was also present, Bernard Fallon whose work can be seen at www.bernardfallon.com. The hope is their work can find its place on HEALING CREATIVITY

THE MADRONA MARSH CHALLENGE - 05/01/2010

Day #1 of Global Humanitarian Relief Day (GHRD) into Perpetuiry (EVERY DAY!)

Introduction to the Madrona Marsh Challenge by FABC

Before the Madrona Marsh Challenge (power walking a mile around the Marsh in 20 minutes or less) Burt Danet, Co-Founder, ABC4All, interviews John Butters, Herbal Scientist and Iridolotigist:  http://johnbutterseyes.com John is the only health professional sharing PAW with clients. This challenge took place on May 1, 2010, the FIRST Global Humanitarian Relief Day (GHRD) into Perpetuity (FOREVER)! This is the ABC4All COUNTUPA Better Community For All (ABC4All)  The Foundation For A Better Community For All (FABC)

The Start of the Madrona Marsh Challenge!

Ready, Set, Go! Despite the admonition to John Butters power WALK only, John was keeping up at what has to be seen as a jogging or RUNNING Pace. He is forgiven. Burt, however, only POWER WALKS! No running, no jogging. Both of us carried on a conversation throughout the run. If you can talk while running/walking fast, that is a good sign that you have adequate, if not excellent breathing capacity and that you are not short of breath when engaging in this type of exercise. We see John Butters and Burt Danet coming from the distance. They are both keeping up the pace! What a great way to usher in Global Humanitarian Relief Day (GHRD) #1 into Perpetuiry (FOREVER)! FINAL APPROACH - END - RECORD POWER WALK!

WOW! Burt/John arrive at the point they started. TIME: 14 MINUTES ~ 6 minutes faster than the typical 20 minute POWER WALK. How great is that? COOLDOWN. THANK YOU ALL FOR WATCHING AND HELPING TO MAKE THIS A BETTER WORLD FOR ALL!
