I totally agree. We need to wean ourselves from fossil fuel. For one, we’re running out of cheap oil. The faster we invest in clean energy, and a smart grid to support it, the more Ontario will be ahead of the game. Investing in clean energy also means diversifying our manufacturing sector, something urgently required in Ontario. I honestly don’t understand the aversion to creating news industry and jobs in our province. I suspect that aversion is drummed up by the fossil fuel industry, desperate to protect its interests.
