Draft of 2012 Utah National Delegate Selection Plan Last Updated on 2011-03-25 00:00:00 Public Comment Welcome on 2012 National Delegate Plan  Salt Lake City, UT— The Utah State Democratic Committee today released a draft of the Utah State Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plan for the 2012 Democratic National Convention for public comment. The plan outlines the requirements for individuals wishing to run for delegate to the 2012 Democratic National Convention to be held next year in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as guidelines to which the Utah State Democratic Party must adhere throughout the delegate selection process. The public comment period will be open for 30 days from March 28, 2011 to April 27, 2011. The Utah State Democratic Party’s Chair of this year’s Eleanor Roosevelt Award Luncheon, Salt Lake County Community Services Department Director Erin Litvack, is pleased to announce the 2010 Eleanor Roosevelt Award recipient will be Salt Lake County Clerk Sherrie Swensen.
