One of the problems faced by individuals, institutions, and governmental agencies trying to act in an environmentally positive way concerns the proper management of recyclable waste; i.e. ensure optimal use of recyclable materials from household to global levels.

This Recycling Encyclopedia or Recycling Portal will be a primary source of information on recycling topics such as techniques, logistics, reverse logistics, policy, ethics, and alike.

The purpose of this Portal is to provide basic information on what to do with batteries, lamps, consumer electronics, computers, CDs/DVDs. Create a "database" of worldwide recycling centers, recycling formulas/procedures, DIY, denunciation of negligent activities (and suggestion of positive actions). This portal is for individuals, companies and government agencies thinking about recycling from small to large scales.
