My purpose in creating this site is to support and facilitate Permaculture education and training, and and the establishment of sustainable and holistic community models by creating an information exchange and networking resource, and to assist in coordinating sustainable efforts between individuals and groups. So regardless of whether you are an expert or novice, I hope that this site will be a useful and valuable tool for you to use.

These practical objectives can be achieved by establishing a directory of contacts and library of resources, and by facilitating on-line communications, such as: blogging and web-based radio programs. Funding for viable programs will be initially generated and made available through the establishment of GetZooks Prosperity Program accounts, such as the Permaculture Alliance Trust, and secondarily through the Peace Portal Charity Network upon approval.

Project Peace Portal has been officially supporting a number of noteworthy Permaculture projects, including:

IMPORTANT NOTE: I acknowledge that there are numerous well-established Permaculture alliance groups that have already accomplished a tremendous amount of work and research related to these objectives. My intention is to mutually support, facilitate and build upon your efforts rather than competing with you.
