Sometimes is not enough to passively study the situation and take no action.  Instead, if you see the house is burning down, you must take action.  (Even, paradoxically if it includes burning down the house.)  Please become part of our cold water and hot coals brigade by pointing out the problem and what needs to be done.  The Sanctuary's members must then make up their own minds.
