UNINCORPORATED PRIVATE ASSOCIATION
EXECUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PRINCIPLES OF UNIVERSAL CONTRACT LAW
PREAMBLE
This Charter and Declaration of an Unincorporated Private Association, known as the “ASSOCIATION OF UNINCORPORATED MINISTRIES,” hereinafter “AUM,” is made this Blue Solar Night, the Thirty-first Day of the First Month in the year of the Lord Two-Thousand Eight, by and between the living, sentient beings known as:
- “Minister` Mehelinda Gaborne,” functioning as Executive Director of that certain spiritual ministry, “CHURCH OF THE VIOLET FLAME AND ONENESS WITH THE LIGHT,” hereinafter “Church of the Violet Flame and Oneness with the Light,” domiciled in venue and jurisdiction of God, the universal, eternal spiritual essence of the Mother and Father in Unity;
- “Minister Stephen Gregory Fantl,” functioning as Executive Director of that certain spiritual ministry, “Light of Life Society,” hereinafter “LLS,” domiciled in venue and jurisdiction of God, the universal, eternal spiritual essence of the Universal Source of All-That-Is; and
- “Minister Paul Roy,” functioning as Executive Director of that certain spiritual ministry, “Abba Yah,” hereinafter “AYM,” domiciled in venue and jurisdiction of God, the Father.
