Imhotep, much like Sarapis, was a man who became a God. He was the model for all Hidden Wisdom that lead to the highest and most sacred science of the Soul, Ascension and Consciousness. He also had another more obscure title as the "Master of Secrets" or the Keeper of Hidden Wisdom.

The Egyptians actually believed in reincarnation, as well as the transformation of the soul into the oversoul, which meant that the soul did not have to return to the mortal coil if it did not want to. They even stated in stone that Imhotep reincarnated as the Vizier of Amenhotep III (1377 BC). He was even named Amenhotep, Son of Hapu, his nickname was "Huy". He was the chief architect of the Temple of Man at Luxor. In the 3^rd Dynasty when Imhotep taught the ways of the One God and the Eternal Consciousness we find remnants of his teachings echoed in the words of Ptah-Hotep, (successive vizier) “If thou be great, after being of none account, and hast gotten riches after squalor, being foremost of these in the city, and hast knowledge concerning useful matters, so that promotion is come to thee; then swathe not thine heart in thine own hoard, for thou art become the steward of the endowments of the (One) God.”

Again we find a message relating that we can have the Spirit descend upon us as the true children of the One God and that it is for us to embrace this birthright and express our divinity in our creation reality as stewards of a spiritual life.

We also find the inscriptions in his temple bearing the words, “Great one, son of Ptah, the creative god, made by Thenen, begotten by him and beloved by him, the god of divine forms in the temple, who giveth life to all men, the mighty one of wonders, the maker of times, who cometh unto him that calleth upon him wheresoever he may be, who giveth sons to the childless, the chief Kher-heb (meaning the wisest and most learned one, and keeper of the sacred books), in the image and likeness of Thoth the wise.”

It is interesting to note that the exact time of the apotheosis (ascent to Godhood) of Imhotep is not known for sure, but he did indeed become the son of God; as the child of Ptah and Sekhmet, replacing Nefertum in that Divine Trinity.  It is interesting to note that the word for ‘son of Ptah’ is Iao/Iu/Iau/Iahu.  The Gnostic Scriptures is most interesting, corelating IAO (which also equals seven!), as the Great Father, as Jesus says in the Gnostic Scriptures, “The father of my father”.  This exemplifies the Egyptians belief that Imhotep is the incarnation of one of the Creator Beings, as a personification of Divine Consciousness.           

Ptah (or Pteh) was the master architect who fashioned the egg of the world.  He carried out the designs of Thoth and the seven wise ones, therefore also partaking of all the characteristics of these great creator beings.  The most revered sacred animal of all time was directly connected to Ptah; the Apis Bull.  

In the Bloodline of the Holy Grail, by Laurence Gardner, the author postulates that the term Therapeut, meaning “physician of the soul”, the name the Essenes were know by had its origin from Tutmoses the III (who for the most part was a strict warring King).  When in fact this is actually the acolyte giving to Imhotep who was a great healer and teacher.  He returned or reincarnated several times throughout significant times in history.  He is central to our ever-unfolding story about the ones who attempted to reinstate a collective divine awareness or consciousness upon the planet.  Imhotep returned as the enigmatic Prince/King who uncovered the Sphinx; Tutmoses the IV, preparing the way for a major spiritual movement in his very next life, as Amenhotep, son of Hapu (nicknamed Huy), Vizier to Amenhotep the III and Akhenaton.  He was a great seer and was also instrumental in the formation of the transformation to the Aten emphasis just before the time of Ahkenaton.

Imhotep began his vision when Egypt was reigning.  Here he would bring into Light the Written Word beyond anything that had been done before.  He brought into light that there was only one Creator, one God.  It was Imhotep who brought this understanding to the earth plane, though many years hence, one of his descendents, Amenhotep IV, later known as Akhenaton, would be credited with the concept of ONE GOD in Egypt.  Imhotep also brought with him the great teaching powers of the healers.  He brought with him the great teachings of your current day mathematicians.  He brought with him many things, and much of it was placed in the great Alexandrian libraries.

Imhotep surrounded himself with those of the highest vibration, and refocused and retrained them in his own life.  Imhotep guided the earth plane into a new reality.  Because Imhotep could utilize the stargate, he brought on to this planet his doctrine “Friends” from the teaching school.  These energy patterns would assist him in his journey to awaken the earth plane to their God Creator, and to bring to Egypt celebrated centers of learning and spirituality, such as the Great Pyramid.  This was to last some 4,000 years.  There is a question of how long Imhotep lived, ranging from 140 years to 2,080, but his teachings lasted for 4,000 years.  By about 400 BC, however, Imhotep’s energy had been overrun by those who sought power.  It always happens.  And so around 450 BC when the world had returned to paganism and human sacrifice for the betterment of its earthly rulers, it became evident that the planet was ready to make another shift in time and space.  Thus, it came to pass that the Master Jesus arrived some 2,000 years ago, as in the case of Imhotep, the Light of God itself decided to disperse its energy once more into this place called the Earth plane.  And just as it did some 80 million years ago in Alpha Centauri, the Christ Light incarnated, and your Great Shift began.  We know that young Master Jesus came, and he tried, and he died, as was the will of those in power who lived in fear and brought the Shift to closure with no conclusion.
