Who was the model of this proven method of becoming a God?

 

Sarapis! This deity was the central deity of the Roman’s and was already a very ancient story and symbol. He was as old as ancient Egypt and Alexander the Great! Alexander actually believed he would be come a Sarapis or Divine God Man. Even though an older version of this model Deity existed, the Romans created a new version of this God by blending the Egyptian Osiris with Sar-Apis; the bull God, creating a pinnacle expression of the Mithra Deity and Zarathustrian beliefs, and the more ancient belief that a man could become a God. This idea is replete throughout ancient times, with more than 20 deities having the same story, in almost exact terms as Jesus Christ. This message was delivered and filter through belief systems down through the ages time and time again. Even the earlier followers of Sarapis at the time of 0 BC were called Christians or the Anionted Ones! 

 

Sarapis was the perfect human who was the husband of Isis; the perfect woman and the archetypal Mother. This was the outward expression of the more secret knowledge, which was taught in the mystery school to provide the means to attain this lofty height of consciousness. The Divine Consciousness was that of the Immortal, the God-like Human.

This is why the Romans embraced Christianity with such fervor, as well as realizing they could control more people in a cost effective manner with a re-thinking and re-forming of the Empire Legions into the Empire Re-Legion.
