Eduen: Management Team

A seasoned management team leads Eduen’s worldwide development activities, wtih the key officers and directors being:

Patrick McEachern, Co-Founder/Director: Mr. McEachern has been in the organic farming business for more than 20 years.  Combining his experience with hard science, he has worked in several organic gardening venues, including large, prestigious facilities such as the Albertina Kerr Center and the Elite Care Center of Milwaukee.  Throughout his career, he has developed and improved natural techniques for enhancing the soil without recourse to biocides.  Mr. McEachern, in collaboration with Mr. Fahey (see profile below), has designed The Eduen Infinity Gardens concept and the SupraNatural Living Foods system.

Robert Spiotta, CEO/Director: A 17-year career as a Mobil Oil executive in the U.S. and Europe prepared Mr. Spiotta well for his transition into the film business.  During his tenure as President/CEO of Zoetrope Studios, Francis Coppola’s new Hollywood studio in the 1980s, Zoetrope produced 12 films, most notably Apocalypse Now, The Black Stallion, and The Cotton Club.  Then, after becoming an independent film producer, Mr. Spiotta took a two-year sabbatical in 1988 to study sustainable agriculture in Oregon.  There, he met Partick and Michael McEachern, forming close relationships that continue today. 

William Fahey, Co-Founder/Director: Mr. Fahey is the inventor and owner of Blue Sky Domes, one of the primary components of the Eduen system and garden concept.  He incorporated Blue Sky Domes in Oregon during 1998.  A graduate of Antioch College, Mr. Fahey has a B.A. degree in Philosophy and History.

Michael McEachern, Co-Founder/Director: An environmental visionary and a vermicompost entrepreneur, Mr. McEachern was instrumental in the formation of Eduen, Inc., and The Eduen Federation.  His wide-ranging vision and specialized talents are important assets to Eduen’s worldwide expansion and future success.

Additional Officers and Directors include: Dr. Jim Berg, Director; David Smiley, Chief Financial Officer; Greg Sumner, Vice President of Research & Development/Physical Health; and Dan Holcolm, Vice President of Research & Development /Recycling and Vermiculture.

Succession Plan

The founders of Eduen, Inc. – Patrick McEachern, William Fahey, and Michael McEachern – as well as Chief Executive Officer, Robert Spiotta,  will maintain significant positions and exercise general  strategic direction, quality of operations, and managerial integrity.  

Current Eduen management, working with handpicked outside consultants and advisors, has created an aggressive action plan to develop an extensive infrastructure, ramp up full-scale operations, establish a strong corporate culture/belief system, and finally launch and roll-out the global expansion of each element of the Eduen Federation.
