Fermi, the father of the American atomic bomb, noted:  "If there are aliens, why aren't they here?"  It is absolutely correct observation.  Any advanced alien species could easily colonize the entire galaxy in several million years - even without faster than light travel.  If there are any intelligent aliens who have maintained a civilization for any significant period of time, then they should be here.

But they are here.  Famous UFO cases such as the one that occured at Rendlesham Forest at RAF Bentwaters defies any other reasonable alternative (accept a massive fraud perpetrated by the military).  Other famous cases that left physical evidence in the 70's such as the one at Delphos, Kansas, have no alternative explanations.

Consequently logic dictates that there is no Fermi Paradox; aliens are here.  The present problem is intiating contact with the aliens or their machine proxies.  At this site, we are inviting any aliens (extraterrestrial or interdimensionals) that are monitoring the internet to commence dialogue with us.  Since your interests or motivations are unknown to us, and since you have (to our knowledge) not attempted any formal contact, you tell us what level and form of interaction you are interested in.  We will make no assumptions about you.  In your eyes, we may very well be an ant heap next to your great 6 lane galactic highway.
